Grayson Search Partners has partnered with a growing Real Estate firm in their search for a Senior Property Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for month end close work for your assigned portfolio of properties and will have some exposure to audit & finance work.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in period, quarter, and year-end accounting close
• Preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and work-papers
• Assisting with internal and external audits & provide support for budget and forecast preparation
• Performing other routine and non-routine functions as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• 3 years' of property accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience preferred
• Yardi experience preferred
