Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis tools and methodologies to drive informed business decisions.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau Power BI, SQL, R, Python, to analyze complex datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases efficiently.
- Experience with Power BI for creating insightful visualizations.
- Familiarity with R or Python for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for effective project management.
- Ability to work with servers to manage large datasets securely.
- Strong analytical skills to vaticinate trends from data sets.
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration.
- Proficiency in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards.
