Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Sales Team Member - Quick Lube to become an integral part of our team! You will diagnose vehicle health, engage customers, collect and enter vehicle information into the computer system, make appointments with customers, communicate well with teammates, and fully inform clients about the conditions of their vehicle while offering products and services. Responsibilities:
Opening multiple stores in Phoenix area and are looking to hire staff that understands how to hustle, how to have a positive attitude, how to provide amazing customer service, have and share knowledge about vehicle scheduled maintenance, and who have basic auto mechanic skills for quick lube and basic scheduled maintenance products and services. Grease Monkey has very good training through Full Speed Auto University. We invest in you, you invest in us, we all benefit from serving the needs of our community.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and intern automotive vehicles
- Provide amazing customer service to every customer
- Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
- Provide customers with complete vehicle health reports
- Maintain appointments calendar, log, and customer communications
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields - knowledgeable about basic vehicle automotive scheduled maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment and processes
- Experience and confidence required for strong customer engagement regarding vehicle maintenance
- Scheduling experience
- Deadline and detail-oriented
