Our Client, Nemo Tile Stone is searching for a high energy, talented Sales Rep that is excited about making an
impact from day one!
As the Showroom Sales Rep, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers, helping them create their dream space.
The ideal candidate will have a background in tile or stone and have sales experience (interior design industry and / or luxury retail sales is ideal).
Compensation : $60K-$70K per annum paid weekly based on experience Incentive plan
based on reaching sales targets
Hours : Monday Friday 9am-5pm, Thursday evenings till 7pm,; Saturday 11am-4pm.
Position is 5 days / week 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Responsibilities :
Grow sales in our Manhattan Showroom.
Increase sales through developing relationships with new and existing Nemo Tile
Stone clients
Assist clients by providing knowledge of materials to drive selection
Provide clients with updated information, lead times on material, lead time delays,
shipping and tracking info when necessary
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual recaps covering sales performance.
Always deliver world class customer service
Ensure best practices for issue resolution, claims, etc.
Communicate feedback regarding service failures / customer concerns to corporate
Visit corporate headquarters when requested
Assist in coverage at other showrooms when necessary

BA degree preferred
