What You'll Do:
- Set Forms: Work on various new commercial construction projects, ensuring precise form setting.
- Prepare Subgrade Fill: Utilize our excavator to prepare subgrade fill for optimal concrete pouring.
- Pour and Finish Concrete: Showcase your expertise in hard trowel, broom finish, exposed finish, sand exposed, and occasional stamp work. Your ability to hand trowel roughly 1000 square feet will be highly valued.
- Maintain Jobsite: Strip forms, load lumber on trucks, and ensure a clean, professional jobsite.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in concrete finishing.
- Reliability: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential, as you'll be traveling to various work sites throughout the day.
- Dependability: Good attendance and punctuality are a MUST.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
- Tools: Must have the required hand tools and rubber boots.
- Type: Full-time
- Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week
