We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in Tallahassee, FL. As an integral part of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a passionate patient and family advocate, prioritizing privacy and confidentiality
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and diagnoses to facilitate optimal patient care
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with a focus on continuous improvement
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care coordination
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and observations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum of 1 year recent RN experience (acute care experience strongly preferred; LTAC experience considered)
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
• BSN degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
