Key Responsibilities• Oversee resident care for a specific group, including supervision of Shahbazim team members
• Coordinate referrals to clinical support team, families, and physicians
• Serve as the primary point of contact for elder information
• Implement and maintain high standards of nursing care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Valid Alaska Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification (upon hire)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
• 6 months of nursing experience in a healthcare facility (acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation center)
• Prior supervision or leadership experience
