As a hair stylist, you want to connect with the people you work with and if you choose to join the team in our Great Clips salon, then you’ll become a member of a group of stylists who enjoy working with each other and using their talents behind the chair.

The average stylist in these locations makes $20-$30 per hour plus tips, with top performers making $30-$35 per hour plus cash tips. Additional benefits offered by our franchise include:

Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
