Are you tired of the traditional lab technician environment? We have an opportunity to be a lab tech in a growing dental practice working with multiple dentists and producing 200 crown and bridge units/month.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3-Shape/Dental Manager
• 1-2 years of experience working in a lab, digital design a must.
• Experience with shade matching/staining
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Fabulous communication skills, must be a "people" person

• Experience with implants 

Responsibilities

• Fabrication of crowns bridges, and veneers from design to completion.
• Accept cases, print RX, organize/outgoing incoming cases.
• Experience with staining, glazing, shade mapping/matching
• Manage all aspects of the lab
• Maintain lab equipment according to manufacturers directions, including cleaning, calibrating, monitoring hours, etc
• Approve incoming scans
• Manage technical aspects of the lab, including trouble shooting, software updates, implementation of new technology, reaching out to support as needed
• Manage growth of the lab by communicating needs to leadership.
• Implement 3D printing
• Communication with clinical team
