We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Screen Printer/Embroiderer to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Operate screen printing and embroidery equipment to produce custom apparel orders.
• Set up and calibrate printing and embroidery machines, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.
• Prepare screens and stencils, mix inks, and adjust printing parameters as needed.
• Load and unload garments onto machines, ensuring proper handling and care.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and fulfill customer orders within specified timelines.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and reordering as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety guidelines at all times.

• Ability to read and interpret order specifications, design files, and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain consistent print and embroidery quality.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Computer Graphic Design is a plus!
