Job Description: We are seeking a versatile Retail and Production Associate who thrives in a dynamic environment and is willing to perform a variety of tasks to support our business operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with purchases and handling cash register transactions.
• Selecting and organizing inventory for display.
• Assisting in embroidery and screen printing tasks.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, including shelf arrangement and general upkeep.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to various tasks as needed.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or production is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn new skills, including embroidery and screen printing.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds.
• Must have manual dexterity for handling cash and operating the POS system.
