Great Oaks Landscaping, Inc. is a full-service landscape design, installation and maintenance firm proudly serving Chicago’s North Shore communities since 2001. We’re looking for a Landscape Sales Representative focused on enhancement projects and small to mid-size design build projects! As our Landscape Sales Representative, you will be responsible for lead generation and follow up on incoming leads to generate sales of small to mid-size landscape projects. This includes development of estimates and building client relationships to close the sale. This position will generate sales throughout the northern lakeshore area with a focus on high end residential properties.

This full-time, year-round role, is based at our office in Zion, IL, easily commutable from the northern suburbs of Chicago and from areas just over the Wisconsin border. The compensation includes a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 plus commission with an earning potential up to $100,000, and a sales draw option for the first 6 months. Our benefits package includes a health stipend, simple IRA, paid time off, paid holidays, use of a company vehicle during the days and a cell phone stipend.

Requirements for Landscape Sales Representative include:

· 3 years of experience in landscape sales, including enhancement or construction sales experience;

· 2 years of experience creating estimates for small to mid-size landscape projects;

· Strong communication skills;

· Valid drivers’ license with a clear motor vehicle report.

Responsibilities for Landscape Sales Representative include:

· Conducting in-depth client consultations to understand landscape needs.

· Preparing proposals and estimates for projects that meet client needs.

· Achieving sales targets for enhancement and design build projects.

· Ensuring seamless execution of project and achieving client satisfaction.
