Great Western Dining Service, Inc. is Hiring a Grill Cook Near Bluff, AR
Full Time, M-F and every other weekend 10am - 1pm, 2 pm - 7 pm Responsibilities
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Proven experience as a grill cook
- Knowledge of various procedures and methods
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Very good communication skills
