Greater Cincinnati School Application Consortium is Hiring an Adult Education Dental Assisting Instructor - Part Time/ Substitute Near Lebanon, OH
Dental Assisting Instructor, Adult-Education Adjunct Status, Part-time, as needed Current Hours are Monday through Thursday: 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM* Qualifications:
High School Diploma AND a minimum of 5 years of experience as a dental clinician.
Experience with chair side assisting techniques, radiographs, oral diagnosis and treatment planning, mixing of dental materials, and dental office technology
Hold or be willing to obtain a valid Ohio Adult Education permit
Willingness to work with students and colleagues as a team member
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and technology skills
History of good job attendance
Valid Ohio Driver’s License
Must pass criminal background check after job offer is made
Duties: Provide instruction to adult students in the area of dental assisting to lead to successful certification as a certified dental assistant. Provide suggestions to keep curriculum current and up to date. Monitor student attendance and grades. Work closely with the Director of Adult Education and the Adult Education Coordinator for Medical Programs. Location:
