About The PositionBranch Manager I is responsible for supervising and leading the Branch Sales team, of a Level I branch, to success in achieving production goals. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing and controlling all branch activities. This position coaches and supervises branch operations to insure efficient operations and excellent member service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater."
- Monitor and evaluate branch sales activities to insure the achievement of sales, service and financial performance goals.
- Manage assigned operations within established budgetary guidelines where possible, or proactively acquiring approval for budget variances where deviations are required.
- Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.
- 2 years of leadership experience
- 2 years of finance or banking experience

- While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.

- $57,000.00-$79,000.00 per year
- Compensation is dependent on experience
