PURPOSE

The primary purpose of ourPatient Service Liaison opportunity is to personify a versatile focus on customer service and marketing initiatives. This dynamic and fast-paced position plays a pivotal role in directly supporting our Concierge Private Nursing business line.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as liaison among the agency, hospital units, and their staff, addressing various needs
• Facilitate efficient and timely approval processes with hospitals and facilities to enhance the agency's service delivery.
• Conduct quality assurance visits, promptly reporting any potential issues to the Director of Concierge Care
• Initiate and manage paperwork process for caregiver services
• Supply and maintain hospital units with marketing materials and conduct in-services
• Conduct follow-up calls or visits with patients, facilities, and all relevant parties to address complaints and concerns
• Develop and maintain patient satisfaction reports for presentation internally as well as externally to referral sources
• Lead facility-specific caregiver orientations
• Be available for weekend and after-hours rotation on-call and travel between hospitals and facilities as necessary to enhance program visibility
• Traveling between hospitals and facilities as needed to maximize program visibility to potential referral sources
• Perform in-person intakes, collecting required documents and signatures as needed
• Effectively communicate updates with office staff and assist with scheduling open shifts to ensure optimal coverage
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating on potential improvement & growth within existing contracts
• Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, patients, and families
• Work closely with hospital staff for referrals and maintain regular communication and updates with the Coordination Team
• Regularly communicate and update Coordination Team
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Customer service and sales experience
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable working in a Microsoft Office and Windows environment
