Job Description:

We are a local general contractor based in Woodinville, specializing in insurance restoration for residential, multi-family, and commercial losses. We are seeking a seasoned Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scoping jobs, writing estimates, negotiating scope/estimates with adjusters, and signing the work. Experience in handling larger claims is preferred. You will work closely with the production department to transition jobs into production and maintain relationships with your customers through project completion. We believe in collaborative problem-solving and sharing ideas to ensure smooth operations for our customers and our company.

Job Responsibilities:

Estimate insurance losses using Xactimate

Insurance estimate negotiation

Sell jobs you have estimated

Handle customer change orders

Create job budgets

Business development

High-level project management

Maintain customer communication throughout the project

Skills Required:

5 years estimating/project management

Self-motivated

Excellent customer service

Organized and able to multitask

Team player

Hands-on construction experience (preferred but not required)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge and experience with Xactimate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
