Responsible for assigned clerical administrative functions for the Adult Foster Care (AFC) Program.

• Ensure optimal functioning of the AFC Department by accurately processing, maintaining and archiving departmental and consumer records via manual and/or computerized means in accordance with program/system requirements.
• Provide support to AFC Team Supervisors and Social Work Case Management staff.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of AFC funding sources, including MassHealth, SCO, One Care, and Private Pay and understand how each funding source directs the scope/manner in which AFC Program services are delivered.
• Manage direct deposit enrollment process for AFC Caregivers and manage any reported changes.
• Type correspondence necessary to maintain the Program.
• Ensure the AFC Team has all needed documentation and forms needed to function successfully.
• Use table formatting in word processing and spreadsheet applications as needed.
