Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:
Assist providers and clinical staff in direct patient care to include but not limited to IV, injections, procedures, immunizations, venipuncture, and other nursing duties as assigned.
Policy adherence for laboratory and instrument sterilization.
Provide care navigation and educational services to patients and staff.
Triage via phone or in person.
