As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate for the Greco Promotions Account Manager position will have:
At least 2 years of sales account management or business development experience, preferably within the promotional products industry
A proven track record of increasing sales and business opportunities through client development
Creativity and experience in merchandise, as well as excellent customer service and client relationship building skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, creativity, and the ability to multitask.
The responsibilities for the Greco Promotions Account Manager position may include:
Managing relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
Developing creative solutions for clients' merchandise needs
Delivering results by achieving short and long-term sales and profitability goals
Providing high-level customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Following up with clients to ensure high quality products and services
Assisting in developing strategy and presentations for client pitches
Generating leads within assigned accounts and managing projects from ideation to completion
Staying alert to new business opportunities and communicating with high-level contacts to gain information and maximize business opportunities
Tracking and measuring the success of business efforts, monitoring competitive products and marketing activities, and understanding negotiation and purchasing dynamics between the client and the company
Sourcing and pricing products to ensure margin goals are met, prioritizing preferred vendors to increase discounted pricing opportunities, profitability, and relationships with key vendors
Managing customer service concerns and working to solve problems with a goal of customer satisfaction and retention
