Minimum QualificationsThe ideal candidate must have:
- 3 or more years of Class A multi-site property management experience
- Assembled and operated within a budget, can understand a balance sheet and P&L
- Continually provided an outstanding Customer Service experience even when dealing with difficult problems or customers
- Passionate about your results, coworkers, company, and family
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A burning desire to compete and succeed
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office
- Must love dogs
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Yardi experience preferred
