We are seeking an experienced Maintenance MRO to join our team. The ideal candidate will support manufacturing efficiency by receiving and issuing parts, tools, and equipment. Issuing parts for work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment information. They help manage the assets efficiently, making informed decisions about repair, replacement and maintenance schedules.
What You'll Do:

• Must be a detail-oriented self-starter that can work with minimal supervision.
• Support manufacturing efficiency by receiving and issuing parts, tools, and equipment.
• Must be familiar or can shortly learn FIIX Maintenance Management software to perform inquiries and perform duties within Maintenance/Tool Crib responsibilities.
• Receives, unpacks, verifies and tags with a computer-generated inventory tag, delivered goods for stock purposes. Items that cannot be physically tagged should be marked with a permanent marker with the correct part number and location. Store goods in the correct location denoted on the inventory tag or as applicable.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts by cycle counting daily, weekly or monthly as may be required.
• Issue parts from the Tool Crib using provided work order, preventive maintenance, and equipment information.
• Items for repair should be clearly marked and moved to a designated area for shipment to the vendor so they will not be confused with a good part. Tool Crib Attendant will communicate to Purchasing (Buyer) with proper documentation before shipping to approved supplier. Transport packaged ready-to-ship repair part(s) to the Receiving Dock for shipment.
• Notify Purchasing Department of any deficiencies in stock and/or requisition needed stock.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized Tool Crib.
• Will perform inventory and cycle counts on non-tool crib products during the shift. Will perform other duties as needed.

What We Need From You:

• High School Diploma Preferred.
• Basic English and Math Skills.
• PC literate (Office Excel, Office Word, Office Outlook).
• Ability to communicate clearly/effectively/respectfully with all internal and external customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/loads efficiently/accurately.
• 1 – 3 Years Industrial Experience Preferred.
