Position: Client and Pet Care Associate
Type: Full-time, Flexible Schedule
Salary: Starting at $13-15 per hour (Based on experience and availability)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care for our furry guests, including feeding, bathing, and exercising
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all pet areas
• Engage with clients, providing excellent customer service at the front desk
• Answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and handle reservations with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of care and service for our clients and their pets

Requirements:

• Passion for animals and a genuine love for their well-being
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including shifts at least every other weekend
• Previous experience in pet care or customer service is required
