We specialize in acquiring, managing, and enhancing commercial real estate properties with a foundation centered on improving the lives of our stakeholders. Due to our large scope of properties, there are many different avenues for career progression.
As Regional Property Manager, you will be a key piece in how we manage our rapidly growing portfolio daily. You oversee all property management for the region of focus (Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi) and will effectively and efficiently oversee/implement the agreed upon strategic plan created for each property under your control. As this position will oversee properties located in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi (currently 11 different properties) - we expect this role to travel at least 50% of the time (or as needed based on the specific need of each property).
This is a full-time, salaried position and will be stationed in Birmingham, Alabama.
