Green Bay Country Club is Hiring a Communications Coordinator Near Green, WI

Overview:

Green Bay Country Club’s golf course is ranked #3 among private clubs in the State of Wisconsin. Our outdoor dining and event spaces were ranked #2 nationally in Club and Resort Business. We are looking for part-time support of our Membership and Communications Director to help tell the multitude of amazing stories going on daily at the Club. Our overarching goal is to provide a spectacular experience for our family: members, staff, and guests.

Duties:

  • Implement communication strategies
  • Create engaging content on social media.
  • Assist with managing the organization's social media accounts, website, digital kiosks, and e-newsletters/blasts.
  • Conduct research to support communication initiatives.
  • Edit and proofread written materials for accuracy and style.
  • Greet members and guests who enter the facility.

Experience/Skills:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Awareness of current trends in social media and ability to apply them to a distinctly private club setting.
  • Experience with content creation on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Ability to create basic, short videos using mobile technology.
  • Knowledge and experience using graphic design principles.
  • Solid photography skills.
  • Proficiency with Canva is a plus.
  • Experience with website management systems is a plus.

Education

  • Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or commensurate experience.
