Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service professionals to deliver unparalleled dining experiences with a strong and visible presence in dining spaces.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily dining room operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Guest Relations: Build and maintain relationships with members and guests, ensuring personalized service and exceeding expectations.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through strategic planning and efficient operations.
• Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among staff, ensuring high standards of service excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dining Room Manager or in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team with a “hands-on” approach.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport with members and guests, with focused and consistent service
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine service and fine dining etiquette.
• Education in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
