Job Title: Accounts Payable/ Human Resources Administrator Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch) Summary: Assist the Office Manager with specific duties of wholesale/retail nursery, landscaping and maintenance departments. DUTIES:
Accounting and Bookkeeping duties
Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable
Reconciles invoices with purchase orders
Welcomes and greets visitors and customers
Utilize Quickbooks for invoice entry
Responsible for balancing cash register daily and cash handling.
Accept applications from potential employees, forward applications to Finance Director for background check
File AP invoices after payment, as needed
Assist all managers as needed
Assist finance director as needed
Maintain sales tax log
Sales tax exemption log and forms
Maintain Office Equipment including scheduling routine service calls
