Job Title: Marijuana Budtender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their cannabis product selections, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide information on different strains, products, consumption methods, and effects
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations
- Verify customers' age and identification to ensure legal compliance
- Follow all safety and security protocols in the dispensary

Experience:
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in electronics, appliances, technology, jewelry, or similar fields
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- proficiency, especially in Spanish, is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for sales and customer service

Pay: $16.00 - $21.58 per hour
