Green Chimneys is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant in our Development & Marketing Department. This role is responsible for completion of general administrative tasks and office management, data entry, support for Development, Marketing, and Volunteer Services projects and special events, and administrative support for the vice president of development. This position provides support in organizing meetings, note-taking, creating/editing draft documents and communications for the Friends of Green Chimneys Board of Directors. Other tasks will be assigned on an as needed basis. The Executive Administrative Assistant will also provide switchboard coverage on a monthly rotation basis for lunch breaks and unscheduled absences. The incumbent will have the opportunity to contribute to a vital department in the agency.
Education/Experience:
This is a full time and benefit eligible position located at our Brewster, NY campus.
The hourly rate for this role is $24.20-$25.30 depending on experience.
