RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various surfaces
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally
• Utilize floor care techniques to ensure all types of flooring are properly cleaned and maintained
• Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with clients and team members
• Apply sanitation practices to crate a clean and healthy living environment for residents
• Utilize janitorial and custodial experience to efficiently manage housekeeping tasks

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Prior work experience in the field of cleaning preferred, but not required
• Positive, encouraging attitude towards yourself and others
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Punctual
• Ability to work independently and especially as a part of a unified team
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with others
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and life up to 25 pounds independently
• Fluent in English
• Must have your own, reliable transportation
• Must have a smartphone
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
