Our customer support | office administrator position may be just what you’re looking for. If you are a great communicator, resourceful and can easily multi-task, then stop what you’re doing and apply now!
The duties would consist of office and administrative tasks such as entering customer orders into our ordering system, answering the phone to assist customers, calling customers with updates to their orders, completing assigned tasks, accounts receivable, assisting customers with orders, customer service (via telephone and live chat), order entry, email management, assisting the CEO with email and scheduling calendar, and more. This position requires someone who is technology savvy able to quickly navigate on the computer while performing other tasks simultaneously as well as being a quick learner.
If you like to stay busy, are very computer and internet savvy and can easily navigate websites and technology, then don’t delay! This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday in our Lisle, IL office, this is not a remote position.
