Green Fox Companies is an agricultural processing facility, manufacturing grains and fibers. We are a fast-paced, innovative company focused on providing specialized products for consumer and industrial uses.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to oversee and enhance our production processes for the fiber line division. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring that all production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of fostering a productive work environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Oversight:

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and handle any production issues.
• Optimize production processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

TEAM MANAGEMENT:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Implement training programs to ensure that all team members are skilled in production techniques and safety protocols.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging team engagement and productivity.

QUALITY CONTROL:

• Ensure that production processes comply with industry standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and corrective actions.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:

• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to ensure operational

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management or a related field.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
• Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience with production equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
