We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to oversee and enhance our production processes for the fiber line division. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring that all production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of fostering a productive work environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
