Job Description

We are looking for a driven, passionate and determined individual to join our maintenance team to help care for our growing number of Childcare Campuses. The right candidate is ready and willing to be a problem solver, quick on their feet and ready to keep our campuses clean, sanitary, and organized for effective teaching and care of each and every child.

You will be an assistant and teammate of our Maintenance Director in working to achieve these goals:

Key 1: All Green Garden Centers Cleaned and Prepared each Evening

What winning looks like: All centers (7) will be cleaned to expectations, trash removed and rooms, common areas and restrooms prepared for the next morning.

Key 2: Basic maintenance & repairs as needed.

What winning looks like: As you find small tasks needing accomplished you'll take care of what you can and report to our Maintenance Director what you can't.

Key 3: Manage Weekly, Monthly, Seasonally and Yearly cleaning tasks as needed, coordinating with other professionals when approved.

What winning looks like: Keeping up cleaning and deep cleaning schedules for all needed areas and helping to coordinate with other professionals and companies when approved.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
