We are a supplement and body care Company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Order Management Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers and managing the order processing and fulfillment process.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and resolving any order-related issues
• Communicate with the warehouse and shipping team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Manage and maintain customer accounts and order histories in our customer management system
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure products are in stock and available for purchase.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to stay up-to-date on product information and promotions.
• Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
• Other role-relevant responsibilities will apply.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
• 2 years of experience in customer service or order fulfillment, preferably in a supplement or e-commerce industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, apple devices, and experience with customer management systems
• Knowledge of the supplement industry and body care products preferred
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Consumer goods customer support experience is preferred
• eCommerce experience preffered
