Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Information Technology (IT) Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for supporting technology solutions for the betterment of productivity and efficiency for staff and to support resident needs. 

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a IT Technician:

• Successfully assists with the development, implementation, and management of information technology (IT) projects.
• Maintains and troubleshoots community desktops, laptops, printers, and other networked devices.
• Assists residents with IT & technology issues.
• Attends in-service training, drills, and educational sessions as assigned.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be technical minded to be able to work in and manipulate a wide variety of specialized equipment and software systems.
• Experience completing information technology (IT) courses or in a continuing education related discipline. 
• Knowledge of computer and networking systems. 
• Ability to troubleshoot computer issues. 
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, communicate and interact effectively with all levels of employees, residents, and vendors.
