The Role: Join our team as a Plant Technician, where you will play a hands-on role in the management of our plants. This includes executing pruning, leafing, Integrated Pest and Fungus Management, and assisting in harvest and transplanting operations.
· Familiarity with Cannabis Cultivation: A strong understanding of cannabis cultivation practices, including cloning procedures, nutrient requirements, and pest management, is preferred. Previous experience working in a cannabis cultivation facility is advantageous.
Understanding of Environmental Controls: Basic knowledge of environmental controls, including temperature, humidity, and lighting, is beneficial. Candidates should be able to monitor and adjust environmental parameters to optimize plant growth and health.
· Compliance with Regulations: Familiarity with local and state regulations pertaining to cannabis cultivation is desirable. Candidates should adhere to all legal requirements and maintain a thorough understanding of compliance standards.
· Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot issues such as nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseases is valuable. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving challenges in the cultivation process.
