Join us in growing it forward! 🌱 Job SummaryThe multicultural consumer is the fastest-growing segment of the U.S. economy, and as a Lifestyle Brand Ambassador at Green House, you will be instrumental in shaping the lifestyle appeal of the Brown-Forman portfolio. You’ll develop and execute multicultural programs and events that resonate with key audiences in fashion, music, art, and culture 🎨🎶. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in the local scene, connecting with influencers, trendsetters, and cultural leaders. Your mission is to create genuine, engaging experiences that build meaningful connections between Brown-Forman brands and the community. Key Responsibilities
Multicultural Events & Social Media Campaigns: Manage local events, activations, and campaigns, leveraging influencer relationships and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Localized Brand Programs: Tailor national brand platforms and partnerships to fit your market, ensuring relevance and resonance.
Community Building: Develop relationships with local multicultural influencers and venues to enhance Brown-Forman’s presence in non-traditional and community spaces.
Multicultural Expertise: Offer your insights on multicultural segments (Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Asian American, LGBTQ ) to inform brand strategy and programming.
Social Media Presence: Use your social platforms to amplify brand activations and engage with key demographic groups.
Collaboration: Work with sales teams and distributors to boost brand distribution and support multicultural marketing efforts.
Event Planning & Execution: Manage the planning and execution of creative brand activations, ensuring alignment with strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2 years of experience in brand/lifestyle marketing, with a focus on multicultural consumers
Strong community relationships with multicultural influencers (Hispanic, Black, AAPI)
Active social media presence
Experience with beverage-alcohol marketing and sales is a plus
Event planning, project management, and budget oversight expertise
Dynamic, outgoing personality with a passion for meeting new people
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights and weekends)
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
Bonus: $10,000
Auto Allowance: $10,000
Communication Allowance: $2,400
