Green Impressions is Hiring an Irrigation Technician Near Cleveland, OH
Green Impressions, a leading landscaping company in Sheffield Village, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Senior Irrigation Technician to join our team. This role offers the opportunity for year-round employment, including snow removal during the winter months, and a signing bonus of up to $1000 for qualified applicants. As a Senior Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing irrigation systems, testing backflows, and assisting with the installation of new systems. - Ability to diagnose and repair irrigation systems
- Strong communication, math, job planning, and mechanical aptitude skills
- Ability to lead, manage, and communicate with coworkers and clients
- Pass a pre-employment drug test, excluding marijuana
- Experience operating skid-steer, loaders, and mini-excavators (preferred)
- Experience using equipment such as trenchers (preferred)
- Ability to perform backflow testing (preferred)
- Ability to diagnose and repair landscape lighting (preferred)
- Perform seasonal startup and shutdown of irrigation systems
- Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues
- Perform service work and repairs on irrigation systems
- Assist with the installation of new irrigation systems
- Accurately maintain records and complete appropriate paperwork
- Work Monday-Friday, with Saturdays as needed; start time at 7:15 AM and end time variable (typically between 4:00-6:00 PM)
