As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, maintaining financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to support financial decision-making and provide accurate and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Record financial transactions accurately and timely in the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Support external audits and tax filings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
