Green Key Resources is Hiring an Asset Management Client Service/Investor Relations Near Westchester, NY

** Firm is in the office 5 days a week**

Asset Management firm is seeking a highly motivated individual, with an entrepreneurial spirt and curious mind, to join the Client Services arm of the Investor Relations Team assisting with various aspects of client service operations. This VP/Associate will be responsible for interacting with clients and coordinating and collaborating with multiple internal teams and departments, interacting with all levels of the organization. The successful candidate must be organized and meticulous about documentation and data accuracy, resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to problem solve / multi-task and be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Respond in timely manner to advisor emails sent to Investor Relations team shared

inbox – expectation is that emails received are responded to promptly

• Ability to handle in-depth account related questions and coordinate across internal

departments if needed to provide our partners with above and beyond responses

• Understanding of account life cycle from onboarding set up to initial trades/processing to ongoing account support

• Construct portfolio reviews working closely with the PMs and Research teams to put out a top of class report

• Answer the team phone line and speak succinctly with our partners regarding account related information

o In addition, ability to answer information about strategies, fees, platform

availability

• Perform multiple recurring operational checks

• Expectation is that team member develops and implements process

improvements/automation across daily job functions

Expectations:

• Client Service: Anticipate and identify client needs; take action to meet client needs;

develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients; continually search for ways to increase client satisfaction; communicate with external and internal stakeholders in a knowledgeable, clear, and professional manner, with a focus on providing exemplary service; help identify and execute on key client service initiatives.

• Risk Aversion: Demonstrate a keen eye for details; look for and mitigate inherent and

residual risks; refine internal processes and support use of the CRM system, coordinate with technology to enforce internal efficiencies.

• Adaptability: Confidently handle day-to-day work challenges; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change; show resilience in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity.

• Attention to Detail: Have a strong attention to detail as you work through nuanced client operational requests.

• Communicate Effectively: Demonstrate and convey an understanding of any concerns of clients; address questions, responding to investor/client queries promptly; idea generation for proactive and transparent client communications and strategic client growth.

• Foster Teamwork: Help build an effective team committed to organizational goals; foster collaboration among team members; coordinate across multiple groups within the firm to ensure consistent, proactive, timely, professional and accurate investor interactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 3-6 years of experience, preferably in a client facing role.

• Ability to interface with clients via phone and email to handle requests.

• Experience at an asset manager or hedge fund. Fixed Income Background a Plus.

• Dedicated to superior client service and able to remain poised under pressure.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear ability to effectively

coordinate with a wide variety of professionals at all levels and departments within and outside the organization.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle pressure effectively to successfully manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of work product and adhering to stringent deadlines.

• Positive, can-do attitude, exhibiting humility, professionalism and patience.

• Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior Salesforce experience a plus.
