Responsibilities
- Solicit sub-contractor bids
- Assist the preconstruction team in preparation of budgets and estimates
- Coordinate permit applications for review, approval and submittal
- Assist in the creation of detailed project schedules
- Work alongside of Superintendent and additional project management staff to ensure successful completion of project
- Help review closeout documentation and job costs
- Meet with owners, developers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and profitability
- Additional responsibilities included
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years in construction
- LEED familiarity a plus
- Familiarity with scheduling software such as Procore
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Past project experience working on mixed-use, multifamily, affordable housing, student housing or senior living highly preferred (mix of both wood and steel frame structures)
