The Clinical Success Manager must be confident, curious, and committed to championing the effective use of the Client's technology, while simultaneously nurturing relationships with all levels of nursing at customer hospitals from the bedside clinicians up to the chief nursing executives.
This individual will closely collaborate with hospital leadership to shape their business strategies by overseeing the use of client’s innovative technology and information products in nursing workflows to accelerate value, minimize risk, and optimize outcomes. The Clinical Success Manager will create strong and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of management and periodically provide feedback to them using the information that client captures automatically to summarize the improvements in achieved outcomes. Doing this helps to ensure that hospitals see the realized value by integrating client into the fabric of how they provide care.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Build relationships with all levels of nursing in the hospitals and units where client is deployed.
· Maintain a portfolio of hospital relationships with high adoption, good usage compliance, and good outcomes.
· Function as the clinical subject matter expert by providing clinical education and training programs that align with sales goals and business strategies.
· Keep abreast of updates in technology and the competitive landscape to inform internal product and sales departments
· Oversee the correct use of client's technology.
· Monitor usage compliance information, identify specific issues that are impacting client's products use, and develop and implement plans to address them.
· Maintain a governance process in close collaboration with key stakeholders at hospitals
· Periodically present compliance and outcome information back to customers to show how the in house program is working.
· Manage and complete other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements
· Current RN licensure in good standing.
· Critical Care experience, 4-6 years preferred.
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing or relevant field.
· Reliable transportation for drivable assignments, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
· Ability to lift 25Ibs. (approx. weight of the system) and deliver to different hospital locations.
· Meet and maintain vendor credentialing requirements.
· Pending hospital needs, weekends, evenings, or night shifts may be necessary.
Preferred Experience
· Experience in clinical leadership.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior nursing leadership.
· Experience in working with healthcare technology or medical devices.
· Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Salesforce, and Jira.
Expectations
Travel:
1. The first 90-day travel expectation is to shadow the clinical team at hospitals with deployments to complete training and onboarding.
2. The expectation thereafter is to cover assigned hospital(s) and temporary assignments.
3. Travel flexibility required, up to 50%
