Required EXP:

· Ten (10) or more years of business development / marketing experience in a B2B services or technology firm, required

· Prior experience working as a content strategist or content marketing professional, required

· Prior experience managing marketing professionals, required

· Prior experience working in the accounting, financial consulting, business advisory, technology and/or banking industries, preferred

Education:

Bachelor’s degree, required; field of study in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or Business Administration, required

The Director of Content Strategy and Production is a unique blend of strategist, storyteller, researcher, and problem solver. You are passionate about creating content strategies that drive demand and growth. You are a creative marketing and content professional with a strong writing background, excellent story-telling skills, and extensive experience developing content throughout a full marketing funnel that appeals to your target audience. You can develop a keen sense of the messages, stories, engagement models, and tactics that make sense with different audiences, roles, and levels. As such, you are skilled at tapping into the hearts and minds of buyers and influencers.

You believe content strategy must be embedded into marketing, user experience, technology and creative – and enjoy being the connector at the center of these disciplines. You have a working knowledge of how SEO drives an optimized content experience and excel at working cross functionally to build and execute complex content strategies.

You get excited about analyzing and drawing insights from external research studies, campaign analytics and business data to drive content strategies that inform marketing programs and plans. You are passionate about collaborating with business leaders and marketing teams to develop content strategies that drive growth.
