Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize operations for claims processing, onboarding, and health programs
- Develop and implement performance measures and quality improvement initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of 160-170 employees across multiple departments
- Identify and execute strategic changes to improve firm performance
- Ensure database integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Foster transparent communication across all levels of the organization
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction
- Drive technological innovation and process optimization initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
- Extensive experience in operations leadership, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or law
- Strong understanding of claims processing and regulatory compliance
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance improvements
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in technology and data management systems
