Green Key Resources is Hiring a Fund Accountant Near Princeton, NJ

Responsibilities/Job Duties
  • Prepare quarterly cash flow reports
  • Prepare investor capital calls and distributions
  • Prepare investor reports and respond to investor’s questions
  • Prepare and review debt covenant compliance reports
  • Prepare and maintain waterfall models in accordance with partnership agreements
  • Preparation of quarterly financial statements including cash flow preparation and
  • Working knowledge of recent accounting pronouncements and required disclosures
  • Work on capital process, including evaluation of carried interest models
  • Working with deal team, legal/tax counsel, and credit operations team to plan and execute deal closings.
  • Assisting team in coordination with legal and tax to set up deal structures
  • Other ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting or related field
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Possess good organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Big 4 experience ideal
