Green Key Resources is Hiring a General Manager/Marketing Rep Near Gaithersburg, MD

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with key referral sources such as residential care facilities, independent living facilities, and hospitals.
  • Execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Handle inquiries from referral sources, prospective and current clients, and employees. This role requires availability on a 24/7 basis; a company cell phone is provided.
  • Respond to and follow up with prospective client inquiries, provide detailed information, conduct client assessments, and address any questions or concerns to onboard new clients.
  • Provide after-hours support for clients and referral partners, which may include email, phone calls, or home visits outside of standard office hours.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Driver’s License preferred.
