Green Key Resources is Hiring a HR Services Specialist Near New York, NY
- Responding to all HR requests, prioritizing accordingly, and escalating more complex queries appropriately within the department
- Monitoring, recording and/or updating employee data across multiple platforms, regarding all changes in employment status.
- Preparing standard onboarding documents as well as employment verification letters, transfer letters, title change memos, etc.
- Assisting in managing timekeeping activities for the practice offices, including making adjustments to entries and answering routine questions.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Human Resources-related field preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS & ATS systems
- Display well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
- Proven team player with a customer service focus
