The Associate Business Partner serves as a strategic partner and provides effective HR operational services and advice to business leaders, managers, and staff to support the delivery of organizational objectives and priorities.
This is a contract position hybrid 3x week onsite
Responsibilities:
· Serves as a consultant on all HR-related matters, including performance management, capacity building and talent development, and employee relations.
· Acts as an employee champion, leadership coach, strategic partner, and change agent.
· Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, guides on and assists in performance improvement, and conducts related issues.
· Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Required Skills:
· Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
· Effective advisory, presentation, and collaboration skills
· Strong project management and analytical skills
· Attention to details and sound judgment and decision-making skills
· Ability to synthesis and summarize information and situations succinctly and with clarity
· Sound judgment when working through complex issues
· Ability to analyze, problem solve, and clearly communicate observations and recommendations
· Ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels of the organization
Required Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field
· 6-8 years of HR experience
-3 years resolving complex employee relations issues.
