Green Key Resources is Hiring an IT Manager Near Stamford, CT

Responsibilities
  • Assess and identify technological needs within the organization and provide strategic recommendations to business decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary liaison with our IT helpdesk service provider and support technicians to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Oversee the maintenance of company hardware and software programs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Facilitate the timely update and upgrade of technological equipment across all departments.
  • Lead the implementation of company-wide technology updates and develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for new employees.
  • Collaborate in the development, deployment, and security of software systems to meet organizational needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of existing systems and applications.
  • Champion consistent, scalable, and reusable processes and lifecycle management principles throughout the organization.
  • Play a key role in the development and maintenance of Grayscale’s Office 365 environment, ensuring scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate delays and remediation plans effectively across departments and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain software systems that comply with regulatory requirements and support organizational obligations.
  • Foster effective collaboration with external integration partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and rapidly acquire new skills, facilitating informed discussions on various approaches with teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency with modern cloud environments such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, and Cloudflare.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT developments.
  • Ability to convey highly technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Proficient research and analysis skills.
