Green Key Resources is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Washington, DC

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and escort clients and guests to their appointments within the office, ensuring a professional and warm reception.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls using advanced systems, efficiently routing calls and recording messages according to organizational standards.
  • Provide necessary support outside of regular business hours for other office locations as needed.
  • Handle booking and coordination of conference spaces, managing all related needs such as catering, audiovisual equipment, and setup requirements.
  • Offer administrative assistance to senior staff and managers in the Hospitality Services and Office Operations sector.
  • Provide reliable support to both the secretarial team and office services, assisting with document preparation, photocopying, and logistical tasks.
  • Organize transport and courier services for staff and lawyers as required.
  • Carry out additional duties to assist in smooth office operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a higher degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality or certification in a related field is a plus.
  • Three to five years of experience in a front-facing role within a corporate or legal office environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of writing and speaking clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and capable of quickly adapting to new software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable, attentive to details, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
  • Required to work fixed hours from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
